Trying to Install but getting an Error Message.

hello there!
I just formatted my PC and im having troubles installing the game again.
I downloaded the launcher file from the site: https://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/eu/
and when i try to run it I get the error message blow:


I've updated the direct x, Visual c++, java and graphic card but am still getting the same Error Message,

a Help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, I'm unable to see the error message you are trying to show. Can you try posting it again or use a link?

Have you played the game on this PC before? Did this only start after formatting?

I have played this game before on this PC, but i changed hard drivers so i had to reformat, before the format it worked perfectly fine for around a year!

Are you able to do a clean boot? Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
