    Here's my layout:

    Basically I have the following:

MP and MP bars enlarged and in the center, underneath my character.

Target HP bar just above my HP and MP bars, so my eyes don't have to jump to the top of the screen to see.

My buffs and debuffs are to the left of center, and right-justified.

Target buffs and debuffs are to the right of center, and left-justified.

Cast bars just above HP/MP bars. Target cast bar is enlarged.

Job-specific gauges to the right of my HP/MP bars.

Information I don't typically need in the heat of battle (As a non-healer) is on the edges and corners.

The cross hotbar is disabled, as I play with a mouse and keyboard.

It's a bit of a mess, but this combination has worked the best for me out of all the other configurations I've tried. Also my Hotbar 9 is that big so I can better see when my pots and Chain Strat are off cool down, as I was having issues seeing them when they were smaller. Can't see it here due to the sizing but the focus target bar is to the left of the faerie gauge and the action bar is next to the pet skills. Keeps everything in one compact place.

No offence, but I really dislike most of these...and I'm sure you would dislike mine, too! ...but...This thread is making me think I'm due for a layout redesign, it's been awhile since I changed mine up. There's been things that have really bothered me about mine ever since they added those job gauges that don't seem to fit anywhere I want them to be. There are certain ones that REALLY bother me, like Bard's, where there are actually two components/bars to it, but they're part of the same UI element and cannot be moved separately.

I think it's a normal reaction lol, for some reason it feels disgusting seeing someone else's HUD when you're used to your own. Still nice to see them tho and perhaps get inspiration for some changes to your own.

I tend to make my UI the same in every game that allows for it.

Basically bottom left corner is for chat, bottom center is main action bar(s), bottom right is miscellaneous things that I don't need on the main action bar but like having easily at hand.

Top left is my hp/mp/level, top center is my target, top right is my minimap.

I like to keep the bulk of the center area clear to enjoy the visuals and make sure I can see important stuff like aoe indicators.

For FFXIV's job gauges I just shrunk it down and plopped it next to the minimap so I can see it at a glance but its not in the way.

How many men am I involved with? Well that depends... do you mean men as in males? Or just midlanders?

Haha i like yours , my OCD don’t let me have messy Ui too. Plus i dont am not play the game to just mainly see UI...i wanna see more of the world and my character. One of the major thing that bugs me in this game is ..i can’t move the notification when gathering “you obtain walnut log “ in the middle of my character . At least i can switch UI on and off.
