I am not sure if it is good or bad that I simply ignore them, and live complacently among them. What I do know is bad is if I was to obsess over them in such a way that it impacts the things I want to get done during my playtime. Perhaps I do my part by simply farming my own materials. I am not sure, but I have more fun that way.
I honestly don't go out of my way to identify them, since the circular layout of the Diadem inevitably means I'm going to encounter everyone in the instance sooner or later.

Their red flags have not changed a bit since the HW days, so noticing them is practically instinctive to me at this point, and I have a hard time simply putting them out of mind knowing that they're constantly hassling legit players in one way or another.

I suppose I'm just clinging to some small hope that the problem is going to escalate to a point where the devs decide it simply can't be ignored anymore.
