    First two times I was turning in a quest, third time happened out of nowhere. and so far twice on the 14th and once on the 15th. checked to make sure nothing was read only and or locked in game files.

    To clarify, are you having difficulties adjusting the hotbars? Do they not save if you attempt to change them? Are there any other settings you are having issues with?

    Thank you for replying
    So the message just pops up notdoing anything with hotbars at the time, not trying to change anything when it happened just playing.
