Does Square accommodate those people who get a temporary ban on the game and can't log in? Do they automatically remove your house despite the fact you can't log in? I never got banned, but just curious how Square handles it.

Considering to get a ban that long you gotta do some nasty stuff... (And I mean extremely nasty, considering what I've seen slide)
I have no idea but I wouldn't be surprised if their thinking was "if you didn't want to lose your house you shouldn't have done something to get banned".
from my understanding, the longest temporary suspension they do is 14 days. After that, it's a permanent ban.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
If you have a house... just... don't get banned...

Why would they "accommodate" someone who doesn't accommodate the terms of service?
Unless the ban was something to do with housing (such as possibly purchased using RMT) it's unrelated.
So it just falls back on the standard rules, if you don't go inside once every 45 days it gets demolished. It doesn't matter if you were banned or had no subscription, the game only cares about the last time you walked inside, not the reasons you haven't.
That being said, as someone already pointed out above they don't do temporary bans that long anyway.
SE doesn't do temp bans that long. If it's more than 9~14 days, it's a perma.
Don't even worry about the days. All you need to know is after the 2nd temp, you better try to be the most perfect little Angel from there on out.
