Buying another retainer

I know this was brought up a long time ago but, i was wandering if SE ever implemented this and it slipped right by me. I was going to buy another retainer for $1 USD and i can't find an option for it so i am guessing they didn't but, if anyone has some clarification on this i would appreciate a response. i know my self and a few link shell members where interested in this and this would be an awesome way for SE to make a little more cash on the side. If it because of server space i understand and can only wait till 2.0!

They haven't made it possible yet. I can't wait for them to add the feature, as I'll buy the hell out of another retainer (or two)!

They must improve retainer-market system before enable people to buy more retainer since right now, people complaining about market full and if they enable purchasing of retainer(s) I'm sure it will super full in just 1 hour after the release.

Let's see what SE/Yoshi-P will improve this system in 2.0 but I hope they will abolish retainer-market system and just let us sell directly into global market pool without visually placing retainer in market.

oh yeah i am all for having an auction house or sorts but, i think at one time they said they will have an ah of sorts and we will still have retainers. i could be wrong

Sure I'd buy another retainer for a one time fee of $1~$3 but wouldn't bother if it was a monthly fee.. better off dual boxing with a 2nd char.

so youd rather pay 10 a month more for 2 retainers on a dual box then 1-2 a month for just extra retainers?

Correct... as dual boxing will give you more uhm.. value? Especially over time. Think long and hard about it. Smoke somethin' if your mind needs to get on another plain of thought. Nom' Sayin'?

not really. there would be a very little difference between me paying for my alt and it's 2 retainers that it has and me getting 2 extra retainers and dropping my alt. both options have me with 4 retainers in the wards at all times.

the only major difference is then i could grab items directly from my retainers with my main instead of hoping to fine someone i trust to trade items or selling from alt to main for 1 gil. then getting items where they need to be will be alot less risky.

For storage/selling it's less value.
Though right now with the current system I personally would benefit from dual boxing. If we could buy more retainers and had a mail system I'd personally have no need for a second account to dualbox.

I still hold to what I said in other retainer threads: they should just let us pay for more retainers, but set a limit so you can only have a max of two retainers set up in any ward at any time. I don't need more selling slots, I need more storage space, and there's retainer bells for that.
