    Regarding the Ishgardian restoration report page

    What do the hammers mean for each server ones that are still in the 1st stage have one those that are on stage two now have 3 so what does that meanm

    At the time of writing this, Titan has 4 hammers with the 2nd stage works being in progress, so it seems like there's one hammer for filling the bar and one for finishing the Concerted Effort.
