Puzzle: Is it possible to obtain GARO gear today?

Hi folks, I accidentally (really truly) discarded my Makai Marksman's Battlegarb a while back. I'm looking to obtain it but it looks like the NPC Dispreputable Priest was removed after patch 5.1 - SE says that the items were limited time, but can still be obtained through Calamity Salvager [0]:

* Previously earned gear, mounts, and titles will remain usable after Patch 5.1.
* Gear you have previously earned can still be obtained from the Calamity Salvager after Patch 5.1.

The Calamity Salvager doesn't display anything for me to purchase as a MCH. Am I missing something? Is this item forever gone?

Thanks Jamie. I guess I'm with you there, but the only part that left me with some hope, and contradicts a bit is:

I've either thrown away the item or sold it to an NPC. The Calamity Salvager doesn't show anything I can buy back. ^-^; thanks for helping.

Thing is that you can get it back but only if you unlocked that sets achievement, if you dont have that, it wont be sold by the Calamity Salvager.

There is some kind of one-time-only item reclaim system available, though I'm not clear on the specifics of it.

You can ask a GM and send a report in if you cannot get it back and it's not in the Calamity Salvager. This is usually a one time deal though and you can never do it again.

You still have a low chance of a retainer bringing back a Garo gear item. Retainers from a quick venture can bring back any random item that's been in the game. I had mine not long ago bring back a Mado Staff from one after the event already ended.
