Missing or corrupted model for the craftsman's singlet on Roes/Hrothgars

After the 5.21 patch, every male Roegadyn and Hrothgar wearing a craftsman's singlet turned into a nightmarish mess of polygons. I tested it on my own character and it's only the singlet that has this problem. This is probably just a problem with my game and what likely happened was the file somehow got corrupted when the game was patching. I don't use mods or any other third-party software that might have done it. A fresh install is probably the way to go, but I'd rather find a solution that isn't like burning down the house to deal with a roach.
