Unable to Run Game on DirectX 11, Game Crashes Immediately when Game Window Opens

I downloaded FFXIV for the first time last weekend (Saturday, 7 March 2020). I purchased the game through Steam and was able to open and update it without a problem. It wasn't until that I started the game with DirectX 11 enabled did I get this error message.

Clicking "OK" or closing the message closes the game. I've been able to play the game on DirectX 9.0c, but would much prefer to play on DirectX 11 as DirectX 9.0c is no longer supported. The day before yesterday (Sunday, 8 March 2020) I was able to play the game on DirectX 11 for a while by disabling Fullscreen Optimizations for ffxiv_dx11.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV Online\game folder. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to fix my issue as the same problem came back when I tried to log in today.

So far what I've done to try an fix the issue...
Updated my graphics card driver.
Ran Windows Update.
Uninstalled and reinstalled FFXIV.
Reduced the graphics setting of the game to the lowest and reduced framerate.
Opened the game in Windows, Windows Borderless, and Fullscreen.
Updated DirectX.
Installed DirectX through End-User Runtimes/Redistributables.
Restarted/shut down my computer.
Disabled Steam, NVIDIA, and Discord Overlay.
Ran the FFXIV executable files as administrator. This gives me a "Unable to complete version update [30426][19900][740]" message in the launcher.
Ran the FFXIV executable files in Compatibility Mode.
Disabled and enabled Fullscreen Optimizations.
Disabled Windows 10 Game Bar and Game Mode.

I'm not sure what more I can do, and I can't think of any other solutions.

The error you are describing occurs when Direct X crashes. Please try the following:

- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

When the crash occurs, is there anything over heating? Additionally, do you have a way of monitoring these temperatures? Do you experience this crash of the game is played in windowed mode or borderless full screen?

I am using Core Temp and EVGA Precision X1 to observe the temperatures of my CPU and GPU. Both of them do not display any spike in temperature, and maintain temperatures below 35 °C and 50 °C respectively when I start the game with DirectX 11.
I am also using CPUID HWMonitor and nothing seems out of the ordinary.
I still do experience this crash when I try to open the game in windowed mode and borderless full screen.

The game runs fine in windowed, borderless full screen, and full screen mode using DirectX 9.0c. I do not observe any overheating occurring when playing the game in DirectX 9.0c.

Could you attempt a cleanboot? You mentioned doing this in a previous response, but doing so would help make sure the game is running in a simple environment. Additionally, please remove any unnecessary USB or audio device. Just to clarify, is Final Fantasy XIV the only program operating when the crash occurs?

I finally got the game to work on DirectX 11! Deleting a software called GeDoSaTo from my computer was able to fix the issue.
