Fix to the problem with everyone gathering in Ul'dah

That still wont stop folks from gathering in one spot tho, and if people actually used the search function they would not have to gather there, like was said in another post this is just a community problem.

It won't stop people from gathering in Ul'dah, but it will make the game playable by people who decide not to make their home in Ul'dah.
