    It's the NTT.NET network that SE uses to host their servers on. This company ALWAYS has problems.

    Joke? Sounds reasonable for SE, to be honest. Frustrate enough FFXIV players and maybe more of em will buy FF7R. GENIUS 4d chess marketing ploys from Square "Put 80% of the Game on the Demo Disc" Enix.
