Oh? So the 1000+ cutscenes you never see your face? I see my face more than I see my naked body. My body has cloths covering up any scales I do have most times.
Well, the character design was nice and the way you could place accessories and the make up options, but you couldn't change the eye/nose/mouth shape at all. So everyone with the same face looked much more alike than here in FFXIV.
I agree. Just adding in the options they've given to certain NPCs would be lovely. -Especially to male elezen who basically look like coked-out models.
I'd like the stubble used by the Warrior of Darkness in promotional footage. I'd also like the ability for Highlander men to use real eyebrows.
At least with the extras you said were nice would add some variety. I could link the XV multiplayer creator that has been linked in the past and it runs on the parent engine XIV uses, but if the "server limitations" mantra is a thing, I was showing something that seems within the lines of what XIV wants to keep itself around as.

If you say so.
Bigger booooooooooobs. I don't understand why Midlanders can't have huge boobs.
There are alot of people complaining about the lack of hairstyles on Vieras. Okay, but... What about old races having the same love that Vieras had when SE made them? Mmh?
I wish that my Elezen could have just a half part of the hairs that Vieras already have. Perfect faces, perfect body structure... Meanwhile Highlanders lack of eyebrows and ladies have all the face with low graphic quality.
Au Ras, still can't choose their horns.
I really wish to see an improvement in the Character creator by the upcoming expansion. The game need it. lol
I 100% agree- it's silly to think you can't also wear more than ONE of what's considered "Face Paint" - I'm wearing lipstick, why can't I also have blush with eye shadow? Or Warpaint with Smokey Eye, etc. Character creator in FFXIV is incredibly outdated.
No body hair? WhY? Does everyone in Eorzea shave or lack a gene that denies them body hair, unless you're a Hrothgar?
No mix-Matching facial features?
No Butt/ Buldge sliders?Just gonna throw out that Viera have 8 "unique" hairstyle shapes total compared to like 40+ on everyone else :P They're very pretty but plagued by minor but amusing clipping and limitationsThere are alot of people complaining about the lack of hairstyles on Vieras. But yeah, *everyone* could use some improvement. I've thought that for a while. Was kinda spoiled by Aion and BDO and some other games' character creaters, and after a decade odd of dealing with WoW's character creation limitations but at least seeing new options added now and then...
I mean really some of the limits just don't make sense. They brought up memory issues when they were talking Hrothgar options and as somebody with nil computer design experience I'd really like to know exactly what those problems are that mean they have to keep sacrificing and chipping things off what we get. Idk if it's that reason or something else, but the biggest eyebrow raisers are things like coupling au ra horns and Hrothgar hair with face, and only allowing the use of one face paint option. And just having so few options in general for what we do have. I mean four face options is... tiny.
for some completely and utterly bizarre reason they decided to go with customizable limbal eye rings for au ra instead of not having horns attached to the face. boggles the mind as to why a completely and utterly worthless and unnoticeable feature was selected and not horns
