Character Customization needs an update.

Been asking for updates to the character customization for the past 8yrs. We always just been given excuses as to why it's not doable.
Just once, I'd like to see some headway in this.

But if it really isn't doable, what can they possibly say? It's either no again, or a vague maybe that's really a no but they don't want to have to say it.

There's no headway to be made if they actually can't do what you're asking for.
