Why not just have larger apartments?

I think the Crystarium Inn room is the perfect size for an apartment now only in size but also height. It has plenty of room and you can even make a section specifically for outdoor furnishing placement.

Building off my floorplan idea above... the Crystarium Inn would make a great floorplan option!
