I'd agree to this. I'm already used to it coming from EQ2 which was basically the same thing except you had to pay rent monthly in that game.
I'd like to see apartment get updated. It would lower the stress on housing which I'm sure everyone agrees is in a bad place.
I hope they consider this as an option.
Seems like the best solution that wouldn't be too difficult to implement.
Well if the Firmament in ishgard has anything to do with plotted housing,
basically what the players are seem to be rebuilding are the perimeter walls, welcome gates, roads, landscapes, as the plots are kinda determined already,
But most importantly the players are building the biggest structure at any housing district ward, its apartment building, lets all hope for the best.
I'd like to have access to all the outdoor furnishings, but mostly, just give me an indoor deluxe garden plot for apartments and I'll never give a damn about houses again.
I'd like SE to focus on making apartments great again. Give us a 2nd floor, space on par with a small house on each floor and a balcony for gardening and were good.
I wish lofts would carry items aside from table tops.
And for improved apartments to have their own unique districts.
I was thinking of ishgard then i saw this concept art.
Wouldn't everybody just pick the largest one though? Seems kinda pointless to make any between.
I'm assuming a lot of people would start with the base apartment and upgrade as they raised the gil. Depending on the cost, everyone may not be able to afford the largest size.
