Technically no one outside Square Enix knows.
But if you believe everything someone trying to sell you something says, I have some swampland in Florida you might be interested in hearing more about.

Extra resources? Did you even read my post?
Krile has been in the game since HW, and she's been wearing the same costume since. Yshtola's outfit that was added recently was made for her. These are outfits that are made YEARS in advance of when they're put on the cash shop, it doesnt take them much effort to make them wearable, yet here they are putting them on the cash shop. Very little on the mogstation is actually made specifically for the mogstation, which is a good thing, but im saying we'd be better off without it and instead get the mogstation items as in-game rewards itself.
2.0 Veteran from 2013. Just looking to be helpful. DRK is Love, DRK is life.
(Ignore the levels on my character card, the tool i used to make it hasn't been updated for 4.0)

They are made for a single race and need to be adapted for everyone else. That takes resources and effort @x@; (even more if it were an ingame reward, for it'd need a male counterpart that hasn't been designed).Extra resources? Did you even read my post?

They are asking for an unique in game npc character outfit, they have always been mog station, while I would prefer getting stuff in game 1st before cash shop SE has kept to the trend that if you got a unique outfit that'll be all the moolah buddy to wear it.How about no? Have we really gotten to the point of requesting things to be added to a cash shop? Don't ask for it on the mogstation, ask for it as an in-game or veteran reward, not as a microtransaction. Honestly these threads asking for things specifically being added to the cash shop is starting to make me wonder if people hate microtransactions as much as they say - We already pay a subscription.
Other threads asking for unique new things not shown in game sure I'm with you on can we not ask it to be mog station and just request it instead, if it ended up there so be it just don't jump to it thinking it'll get implemented faster.

Pretty sure Delita’s outfit already exists in the game. If you want the exact color, you’ll have to wait until SE decides to release a dyeable palette-swapped version down the road as a dungeon drop or crafted set. His set isn’t as special as Alma’s and will never be mogstation gear.

Neither were the Heavens Ward attire which are just white versions of preexisting gear when it was 1st released.Pretty sure Delita’s outfit already exists in the game. Love how you people still think the money goes back into this game and isn't just taken by SE to be used on other games.

Delita's armor is already in the game, though the wrong color. It's the tank armor at Ridorana.
A dyable version would be nice though

Delita, like Ramza, had multiple outfits in the game.... but it is strange that the lighthouse made his outfit but in the wrong colors.
For me, though, I prefer we don't request outfits from other games added to MogStation since if we do, that means those options have been taken off the table as potential rewards for other quests or events. Like how we got the Tidus and Yuna outfits for fanfest. Also we could be requesting that some of these things be added to be redeemable for achievement points rather than cash. We previously got other title outfits as subscription gifts, but now that those are gone, making them redeemable in the new system isn't an outrageous request.
