I always liked the idea of an airship house with multiple skyboxes/locations you could fly too and park yourself. Could have the zones be flyable in and also have random other players airships floating around with different "plots" being randomly assigned when you enter the zone and there are as many zones as needed to be filled. Example: Once you reach the limit in one zone another is created, ect. That way you still have the "neighborly" zone, but also have the instanced housing. Though I admit I have no idea what it would take to do something like this.

This, give us Airship housing, while at it on a ship as well, doing that new fishin stuff reminded me how nice such a ship for private use would be...
