Add AFK logout timer to Limsa

I rarely run into this, but I also just don't go to Limsa....

But I would say that Eulmore probably could stand to have this too. People will AFK there leading to excessively long load in times, especially for PS4 players. I don't see why AFK logout timers aren't just the norm all the time everywhere. If you've stood AFK for hours and hours, there's no reason the game should spend the data bandwidth to keep you in the game you're not playing.

Just imagine how much Lag Tuesdays we can avoid in Eorzea if we cut down AFK traffic.

Yeah, I hate it when people gatekeep and afk on the bench I want to afk on. Really annoying.
