Add AFK logout timer to Limsa

In 5.2, an AFK logout timer was added to the firmament. It's time to add one in Limsa.

Limsa is the only place where you can literally login and experience the worst frame rates in the entire game, all because you usually have 80% of the people there are parking themselves AFK. Sometimes even gatekeeping locations such as benches, or standing on retainer bells causing inconveniences so they can't be used by anyone else. This could also cut down on RMT and many shout problems in the area, which does not occur in the same frequency as the other two ARR cities.

This also isn't the look you want for new players now if your ARR class starts there.

Because the market board + retainer bells are literally right there at the Aetheryte plaza. If your GC is the Maelstrom, that's only one aethernet jump away, too.

But I would say that Eulmore probably could stand to have this too. People will AFK there leading to excessively long load in times, especially for PS4 players. I don't see why AFK logout timers aren't just the norm all the time everywhere. If you've stood AFK for hours and hours, there's no reason the game should spend the data bandwidth to keep you in the game you're not playing.

I wouldn't mind an AFK boot timer, but I'd almost rather see them redesign the other cities to make them more appealing and to encourage people to actually use the one they want to hang out in. LL is just the most "convenient" one with everything you need basically being right next to the aetheryte plaza, so it attracts the most people...and people aren't forced to log out, so it's a compounding problem.

More seriously, the Firmament timer is—as I understand it—one that kicks you out of the Firmament, bumping you back out to the Ishgard aetheryte; the Firmament is, so far as I know, a special instance case—i.e., a zone handled differently than other areas of the game—not technically the open world, so it's more the equivalent of being bumped from a duty for being idle. Given the usual spaghetti code claims, they might not be able to add a logout timer to a specific zone in the main world versus the whole open world.
