Mordion Gaol help needed

So when I logged in I was in GM jail. I've been waiting for about 7 hours now. No one has told me what I did to end up there and I've received no words back from the tickets submitted. Any advice on what to do? Any part of the forum to take this to?

The forum mods are a separate department from the in game GMs, they won't be able to tell you why you're in the jail. All you can do is wait for a GM to appear and tell you why you're there.

If you ended up in Mordion Gaol then SE has determined you to have potentially violated the Terms of Service - according to this page, your current situation is probably a Warning or Temporary Account Suspension (if it's a Warning from what I understand a GM is supposed to appear and inform you of what the violation was and not to do it again or do something in a different way in the future, and once you agree you were meant to be released back to the aetheryte you set for Return, however the GMs might be just busy and considered your case low in priority, hence why one hasn't shown up yet. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done except to wait.

The other possible cause is you have had a Temporary Account Suspension placed on you, but I thought that locked access to your entire account for the period of the penalty and didn't just send your character to Mordion. Either way, all you can do is wait I'm sorry to say.

Send a report in game(harassment is fastest) to say you have been there for X hours can someone explain why.

You are a criminal and will no longer be able to get any DoH work.

You shall be forced to reroll as theif, with no ability to add a job stone.

You title should be criminal, and there should be a popup before anyone let's you in a group.

You should also have to go around your neighborhood if you have a house and tell them you've been to Gaol.

You might check the email attached to the account and see if they've sent anything there. You won't get any exact details as to prevent you from potentially targeting whomever reported you, just any points of the ToS they feel your action violated.
