    Hi all,

wanted to share my thoughts about the job as well.
I am newcomer to ShB, main SCH, more of a casual player, but I aim to do good what I do.
SCH is my favourite job, the idea of preventing and mitigating damage corresponds to me very well... but it definitely should be in many aspects reworked.
My main claims are these three:

Claim 1: as many have said in this very thread before, it would be nice to have some, at least minimal, DPS rotation. Not Bio > broil 3 > broil > broil > broil > ...

Claim 2: Eos and Selene should act differently, otherwise it is just plain... weird. Why have two fairies when they are exactly the same?
Or, if it _is_ just a glamour for fairy, then, I don't know... add 5-6 another coloured versions...

And Claim 3, most important: after level 52 and Indom Scholar doesn't really get any new interesting healing spells.
Almost all of the new abilities and mechanics are just extensions or augmentations of the old ones.
Deployment/Emergency - are they new? No, they just improve efficiency of Adlo/Succor.
Dissipation? No, it has no value on its own, it just gives you more Lustrates/Indoms/whatever.
Excog - that one is new.
Chain Stratagem - new, but rather plain and not healing.
Aetherpact - 50/50, it is kinda new, but it really is just empowered micro-ed Embrace.
Recitation - No, it just improves old spells.
Fey Blessing - No, it is Indom No. 2.
Seraph things - No, it is improved ol' fairy and Indom No. 3.

Is there really no chance for some interesting, brand new healing mechanic? Is it so hard to think it up? I can imagine a lot of interesting variants right away. E.g.:
    - A healing/shielding spell that ticks when teammate moves, the more and faster the stronger the heal...
    - A spell that randomly places healing AoEs around, which activate and heal/shield upon touching them...
    - A spell that gives a fat chunck of shields but absolutely no healing...
    - An ability that for some time heals team to the % of damage you deal... or vice versa, that damages enemies to the % of HP you heal...
    - A healing spell with undefined cast time that will be cast when you move, and heals/shields proportionally to the time you spent on it...

I don't want to say that I want exactly those, no. I'm just giving an example that tons of interesting spells still can be invented and introduced.
They will require testing and balancing, of course - but I would like very much to see something like this on Scholar.

And small additional Claim 4: why, oh why during the whole long ShB storyline, where a lot of content is associated with faerie folk, not a single darn cutscene is altered when you play Scholar? =( Not even a bit? Is it really okay, Square Enix? =(
