SCH need buffs

Doesn't mean I have to agree with it. Taking away Aero III from WHM was just as stupid as taking away miasma II, miasma, and bane from SCH

I won't argue that. Would have made more sense to give AST an AoE DoT instead. Nice seeing a SCH main say that for a change instead of "they gave us WHM rotation" which is entirely false with WHM losing Aero III. WHM and AST also lost DoTS in SB when Aero II and Combust II just became upgrades, similar to Miasma's potency being put into a single DoT on SCH.
