SCH need buffs

I'll throw in my two cents:

There's nothing wrong with scholar other than maybe its cast time needs to be reduced for broil and the damage needs to be increased both on it and the dot. I'd like to see another dot be given back to them or an instant cast damage ability with a short CD to weave inbetween broils and energy drain.

We dont need reduced cast time because we have ruin 2 for weaving.
What is the point of ruin 2 if you can weave ogcd in every broil?

If you increase SCH damage it will move the complain to WHM like in SB because people will prefer AST + SCH combo.
Currently, healer is in a good balance compared to WH or SB.
We just need QOL improvement for our fairy.
