    Hello, I resubbed to the game on last wednesday which was the 4th. I hadn’t played the game since October, but my computer hasn’t gone through any major changes other than maybe a windows update.
    I’ve been experiencing the crash since I first tried initiating this quest, which has maybe been for about four days.

    If you have not attempted a reinstall of the game, I'd suggest doing so. When you do, make sure to remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.

    Additionally, can you provide the full error message? Providing a screenshot of it will work.
