Where is penalty count?

Just got a penalty count from being AFK and missed a dungeon pop.

So, where do I see this count so I can make sure it counts down?
What's the rate of count down? I can't find that. Looks like the support page only talks about suspensions, not the counter or how it counts up and down.

On the third missed or declined queue pop and every missed or declined queue pop after that, you get a 30 min lockout. You just have to keep track of your day's offenses yourself--this shouldn't be difficult; you can miss one safely, and you can miss two cautiously.

The reset is at JP midnight. Since the US is on DST now, that would be 0800 PDT / 1100 EDT.

That's odd. I didn't get any lockout. Just requeued immediately for the dungeon and it popped again. Not sure what's up.
So we don't know where to go to see what your count is currently?

Its a 3 strike system. You miss or leave 3 queues that have "popped", and you get a 30 minute lockout penalty. If you miss any more during that 24 hour period, you get 30 minute lockouts.

Its been this way for years. They just added the text in to show that now, since before it only told the person who didn't accept if you were in a party, and not the whole party. Nothing has functionally changed with the queue penalty system other than the notification. There is no list, it's not a strike against your account.

It's warning you to not do it repeatedly. If you do it 3 times in 1 day = 30 minute lockout.

If you didn't get any penalty, that means you did not miss 3 queues. You're OK, don't worry about it ~

It's not so much a 'penalty' as it is a 'warning'.

For the first two times in a day that you miss a queue pop, you get warnings. Once you get a third warning, it turns into a penalty, which equals you get a 30minute lockout from re-queueing in the DF. After that any missed queue pops result in the same 30minute lockout. Penalties & warnings reset daily at JP midnight (8am PST/11am EST as far as I recall.)

Basically, don't miss 3 queues in a single day and nothing will happen.

i got locked out 2 days in a row because I was viewing cut scene's when it popped 3 times each day and clicked 'wait' and it ran out. really annoying that they expect you to stand around waiting for a pop and not do other quests while you are waiting, and then if you commence while in the middle of a cut scene it makes you restart the entire thing when you go back? and the cut scene's are not short!

I can't remember but their is a way to see the pop while in CS. I am sure some one will pop in and say how.
