My friend can't make a character in my world

Hi,
My friend is trying to join me in Midgard so we can play at 100% and be in my FC. I don't want to just chill out with him from time.

The world he is trying to create his character in, is Preferred*, I know it's restricted, but when will he be able to join me? At what time in which time zone?

We even used a RAF code, it's sad it won't bypass the restriction. He won't play at all if he has to be in a different world or wake up at 5 a.m. for this.

There's no way to know an exact time. These soft locks are based on how many players are currently logged into the world. Best to check during off hours for the server's time zone.

Well, this whole system is a bit weird. People should be able to bypass that with a RAF code, or at least have a monthly cap per code. Because this can't turn off people and kill the hype when they discover they can't play with friends.
