No, absolutely not. This would allow progression teams to be fully geared within a few days and likely burned out entirely within a few weeks.

That's just not needed though. There are people out there that are happy to help if asked, you just need the social reach to gather them and admittedly, that can be quite difficult as a newer player especially if you're not an active part of a decently substantial FC.

As mentioned by others, this is a community problem. Not a difficulty or content problem. The game doesn't prepare people for Savage and honestly hasn't done for years now. Instead it teaches people to expect to pop a queue, mash a few buttons and get loot for their 'efforts'.
