There needs to be a way to remove dungeons from roulette?

See I'd take Amaurot over the hell that was Toto-rak almost every day for several months back in HW. I still get irrationally annoyed any time it pops up in the roulette these days because of how many times the roulette plopped me in there back then - even though it's practically a brain dead affair these days.

I got Toto-rak 8 times in a row leveling an alt. Luckily my party was understanding when I let a little grievance slip.
