Let cover interact with hallowed ground

Up until now cover has worked with all forms of mitigation (damage reductions, shields, blocks/parries) but it hasn’t ever worked with hallowed ground.

So my request is simple, let hallowed ground mitigate damage taken through cover like all other mitigation. With how much of a back seat cover has taken since shadowbringers with the extra gauge cost and removal of the built in mitigation, I feel like this is the least they can do to improve its viability.

Use Provoke or do a mechanic as intended, no need to boost HG cheese opportunities.

Improve on Cover by one of these two options:
- keep resource cost, but re-add Lv66 Enhanced Cover to reduce damage taken by 15-20% (NOT Blocking)
- remove resource cost, keep rest as is. doing so wont fight against sheltron for gauge and make Cover-Sheltron viable against Provoke-Sheltron.

And that would make Paladins all but 'required' by the braindead followers of the raiding scene. Not to mention it would make them horribly unbalanced in respect to utility.

It’s not like you can’t cheese swap tankbuster with that. Isn’t rocket science if you have a boss we’re you need to do that. And getting Aggro with shirk isn’t hard too in these times. Cover is just a overpriced ability with no real uses expect some meele uptime cheese on some specific bosses. I mean eden 5-8 healing wise are jokes.
