    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

    1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
    2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
    3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
    4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)

    Hi Rhaervis! Thanks for the help!

    I've tried all 4 of the above troubleshooting steps but the issue persisted unfortunately.

    1. My fans/vents are clear of blocks and I've not overclocked my graphic card or processor so it should not be overheating.
    2. I've disabled all chat programs and I don't have any custom configurations as everything is in their default state.
    3. I've turned off Fullscreen Optimizations through the listed steps.
    4. I've removed all unnecessary USB and audio devices.

    Another additional troubleshoot that I've done is to disable Window 10's Game Bar as I heard it may fix the issue, but it did not work.

    What happened today: After attempting the above, I tried playing the game again. Around 1 hour into the game, I've started a new trial "Keeper of the Lake" and it crashed during the cutscene of the final boss. The rest of the fight was fine. After a re-log, I've managed to clear the trial as well. I had no issues with the ending cutscene. This is the only trail/duty I've played today.

    Would appreciate any more troubleshooting steps I can try or if the source of the issue is identifiable. ):
