Stat info link for each job/class?

hi im looking for something trhat can tell me the best stats for each class. im currently a new player learning archer and confused on the stats of gear that i need so was wondering if there was a link to a really good wiki or page that tells you what each class needs in way of stats.I looked on ffiv guild but think maybe thats for higher lvls i know dex is my main stat but which after that

honestly substats don't really matter until endgame but generally

Weapon damage >>>> main stat (dexterity) >> crit > dh > det > skill speed

You need a LOT of any of the secondary stats(crit, direct, etc) for them to have a noticeable impact. Its not something to get too worried about before you start to reach some of the end-game gear levels. As an example, if you took the very best level 50 gear and somehow got each piece to give you the "ideal" secondary stats(which you wont - stats are only customizable on relic items so you tend to end up with a bit of a mix and match in the end), you would have 290ish of said stat. The bow(and only the bow) of the current top-tier set has 500 of this same stat. So dont get too worried about it yet.

You shouldnt worry about (sub)stats until you reach lvl 80 tbh.
Just grab whatever has the highest level / itemlvl and go with it. Until you reach max lvl you change your gear on a (almost) daily basis so not really worth thinking too much about it.

Don't worry about stats and substats until you hit endgame. Until then, you'll be swapping out gear so much that it doesn't matter. And at endgame, aside from materia, gear given stats only matter if you are going for Best in Slot, which will require savage raiding to achieve.
Speaking of Materia, you are gonna be getting a bunch of it as you progress, but generally don't worry about it. Materia is strictly only needed at the endgame to tweak your stats so you can kill bosses before enrage (which generally only Extreme and Savage bosses have).

And I would give a different order of stat importance than QooEr said:
Weapon damage >>>> main stat (dexterity) >> skill/spell speed to taste > crit > dh > det

"To taste" meaning however much you need to comfortably complete your rotation. This varies from class to class wildly. Dark Knight will want a certain amount of skill speed so they can use Bloodspiller 5 times during Delirium. Black Mages like having a certain amount of spell speed so they can get off their 3-4 Fire 4s in a row without Enochian running out of time. However, a class like Summoner doesn't need spell speed that much since most of their spells have no cast time. I have no idea whether Bard needs skillspeed, but the balance will tell you.

i looked into the balance but im a total noob to the game so im learning as i go along and i couldnt find anything for newcomers to the game on there its geared towards mostly experienced gamers, which is why im also looking for a very newbie friendly server dc etc with mostly english ppl im uk but up for trying NA tho Aether seems to have poor connection for me. Im also enjoying watching the new players youtube vids by MrHappy

The problem with finding the info you're looking for but for newbies, is that the question's you're asking only apply to endgame. At low levels, the difference between the stats is too minor to make a real impact, and you also do not have a lot of choices to pick from when it comes to gear (Endgame has at least 2 sets for any given item level, leveling just has one). Higher item level gear comes with more weapon damage and more mainstat (dex in archer's case), and it's not worth taking less of those just because a piece may have more crit on it.
