The ERSB rating already mentions "use of Tobacco", nothing would change.

But it says that PEGI16 includes tobacco etc.
And we already have a drinking emote, and that's precisely under the same PEGI category (reasonably so).

Also I believe ESRB has a rating if there is smoking in a game. This game would have to update it's ESRB and that would be a headache for people who already bought the game but have younger people playing.
