    50% packet loss from Portugal

    I play on the Light data center, and for the past few days, it has been impossible to do any battle content due to insane packet loss.



    I have tried pinging the dc from different networks that use different providers, and they all route through this faulty (or overloaded) node, both in the early hours of the morning and in late afternoon (where the game is more active during the week). I was wondering if there was anything from the game's tech team side that could be done.

    When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

    What have you tried so far in order to alleviate the issue?

    However, if you feel the issue stems from outside of your home network, I'd suggest contacting your ISP regarding the issue.
