    How, and when, can I have my own Chocobo mount? I want it so badly! Wark!

    At 22 you can start doing your Grand Company quests. You need to be the rank above recruit (once you finish the intro quests for each GC, you get to pick ONE GC to be a part of, and you then become something like a rank 3 or something) and have 3000 marks (earned by doing quests and Leves for the GC) to purchase the chocobo.

    There is another mount in game that is free once you hit 30.
    You have to go to Limsa, to a camp just south of Camp BloodShore, and talk to a guy by a fire at the camp. (if you have seen the big chubby monster looking mount thats where they get it)

    It's complicated! I think I might choose the LL one. It's kind of hard to even approach the market wards in Ul, heh.
