    The subscription didn't work

    So my subscription day is run out but normally it'll reactive my account automatically, but this time even it said i had subscription but it still show that my account is inactive and can't log in yet.

    It didn't take my money out yet but when i tried to cancle it to re-do, it said i still havee 29 days subscription left so i don't know what to do now.
