Certain Sound Effects Cut Out/Dont play

I’ve been having a problem in certain content where sound effects cut out or don’t play at all. Game music, system sounds, etc are not affected. It’s most easily reproduced by going into Grand a Cosmos and fighting the second boss. Their Siren sound affects like the harp or the loud scream will either not play at all or cut out half way through playing. Same goes for the three Chimeras dragons voice sound effects in World of Darkness, or when you are crafting around a group of many people also crafting. I’ve tried various things to fix this and have a thread on the Troubleshooting forum. Multiple versions of Windows and driver updates have not fixed this. I’m on a newer machine and hadn’t noticed this on my older machine but it’s been a few months. Date & Time: 3/25/20

Have you checked the in-game audio cue settings? We would also recommend checking the device audio/tuner settings to see if something is muted.
