New DoW/DoM Relics will be released in 5.25. I remember reading somewhere that 5.21, the patch with all the Ishgard/crafter/gatherer stuff, would be released 3 weeks from 5.2. Its now 2 weeks into 5.2, so 5.21 should be next week. .x5 patches in themselves typically release 6-8 weeks after the .x patch they follow, so it might be a month or a month and a half from now.
