forgot to add to the above:
ive tried googling on multiple other threads and many of the things i've tried still doesnt seem the make the issue better:

- i dont use mactype or any other 3rd party program (excluding gshade)
- launching from geforce experience
- switching to the old launcher
- tried reinstalling the whole gamex
- updated drivers
