    Good afternoon and thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Is Final Fantasy XIV installed on a secondary drive? If so, could you reinstall the game on the C drive? Additionally, please update your drives as they appear out of date. If you have not done so already can you do a cleanboot?

    No, it's on the main drive. This is a fresh installation of Windows. What do you mean by drives are out of date, driverS? Cause everything is up to date.

    If left to it's own, Windows Update will not always grab the real latest nVidia video drivers.
    Visit:
    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
    and select your card and OS to get the latest drivers.

    Thanks. Yeah, this is a clean install of 10 (was manually updating with Win7 before) cause my motherboard decided to brick. Didn't notice the gpu was out of date.
