Camera randomly not responding, errors and crashes too

So my problem is that my camera stops responding to my attempts to rotate it off and on. It might work for a few minutes, then be completely unresponsive to all attempts for up to five minutes. Everything else I do with the mouse works just fine, and I'm not having massive lag, just a little bit here and there. I can continue playing but my camera is stuck wherever I last put it.

Then there's the error alerts and crashes. I don't seem to be having as many now, but I started to get when I tried to log in. I went through a bit of troubleshooting with that and while I still may get it, I at least can try to log in again and it will let me do so. Then I had a period where the game kept crashing on me. Again, that seems to be gone, but upon exiting the game I keep getting 'The Instruction at 0x####### referenced memory at 0x#######. The memory could not be 'read'.

I've been troubleshooting all three errors and trying what they suggest with no luck. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game which hasn't done much. At this point, the camera is the biggest problem as it really hinders my ability to play. I've tried updating my computer, running sfc /scannow, changing my Directx option (which wouldn't allow me to play the game)...I don't really know what else to do. I've reached the limit of finding other people with this problem.

Thanks for any support provided, I really just want to play again! I didn't have these issues until I bought and installed the full game with all the DLC.

This started happening right after I purchased the full game. I was playing on the free trial version just fine, then bought the bundle with all the DLC on steam. It was no more than a day into it, maybe less. That was Feb 26. Here's the system report:

According to your System Report, your graphics drivers are a bit out of date. I'd recommend doing a clean install of the most up-to-date versions.

I'd also recommend trying a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

Okay, I've gone through updating my drivers after reinstalling my antivirus as it was affecting Device Manager. Anyways, upon starting the game and logging in I hit play only to see this and it repeatedly opens that error over and over until I close it. However, I am able to open up the game again and retry and it works just fine. I had to reset all of my graphical settings but after playing for the same amount of time it normally took me to see my camera issue occur, all was well. That part of the problem seems solved.

My mouse is incredibly small now, even after trying to change it (the mouse settings under system configuration would not fix it for me unless I switched to software cursor, which was super laggy) but if that can't be fixed I can at least adapt to that. The only other issue left now is upon exiting the game it just gives me a blank black screen. I let it sit for well over 20 minutes as I did something else but it remained the same. I then tried to initiate task manager but once I hit that option it went back to black for me. Ultimately I had to use the same ctrl+alt+delete option to log out of my computer account and back in.

So, sorta yay? It's playable, but I'm still concerned about that error message

We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
