Do "The Lost Canals of Uznair" spawn anymore?

Ever since Shadowbringers has been launched, I have been doing weekly Treasure Hunts with my CWLS. I'm an achievement hunter, so I do mostly want us to run the Stormblood treasure maps, specifically Gazelleskin Treasure Maps. Those have a chance to spawn either:
-The Lost Canals of Uznair
-or The Shifting Altars of Uznair

As basically the only person interested in Stormblood content, I have now managed to get portals 10 times during those treasure hunts, and all those had send me to "The Shifting Altars". At this point I must clarify: Is RNG just messing with me, or are "The Lost Canals" that hard to get into now?

If I remember, when they first added the shifting altars they mentioned that the chance to spawn it would be much higher than the lost canals, since it was the new thing and they wanted to make sure people got to try it out. LIke how they force you to do the new frontlines when they add one. I honestly don't remember ever seeing any disclaimer since then that they re-adjusted it back to a normal even spawn rate. Maybe they forgot?

Thank you very much for saying that. This explains the problem, but would this forum topic be enough to let them know about the situation, or would I have to write them directly in some way?

My FC has been seeing Lost Canals far more often than Shifting Altars when we do our Gazelleskin maps. RNG is RNG. You just need to keep doing the maps on a regular basis.
