Paid for item reclaimation?

Since the update to the wedding attire to be unisex, I've been trying to get the attire back and having no luck. I paid for two platinum weddings and only have the one wedding chocobo to show for it. I've tried contacting the mog station support and they told me to contact a GM in game, but that hasn't seemed to led anywhere, so now I'm not sure who to talk to or how to get my equipment back since the npc's with all the equipment are programed to trade for other wedding attire rather than just give it to you if you had purchased the package.

Not SquareEnix support or anything, but I know that for item reclamation issues you're supposed to use the in-game support system (because that's handled by GMs rather than tech support); the /supportdesk command should open the appropriate interface for a GM call. I suspect the SquareEnix tech support folks on the forum, as much as they might want to help you, lack the necessary administrative tools to do so.

That said, I know that the housing items on the Mogstation have a disclaimer right on the webpage that if you buy them then lose your house due to inactivity, or get kicked out of your FC when you had them in your FC private chambers, the items may be lost. Hopefully the same isn't true of the wedding garb.

I checked a bunch of times, and it wasn't there for any of them, which is why I've brought it up as an issue lol. I'm hoping that this will allow others who have lost their wedding equipment due to whatever reason be able to reclaim their equipment, as well.

What I will say is, try "/isearch devotion" "/isearch passion" and "/isearch innocence" - these will run the item search, checking your retainers, glamour dresser, etc. If they're lost in a retainer somewhere, this will find it for you! If you've tried this already and they aren't there, then yeah, not sure what else to suggest... You may be able to ask for a "One time reclaimation" thing they do (I did this when I inadvertently ordered the wrong attire off Mog Station) which will restore it for you. But don't hold your breath.

Also, double check to see if you have them on a mannequin. I had a similar problem and it turns out it was on a mannequin I'd forgotten about.
