1. Used text commands to change Garuda-Egi's glamour to Ruby Carbuncle.
2. Entered dungeon and summoned Ruby Carbuncle
3. In the first two minutes, realized that the egi had disappeared and resummoned it.
4. Five minutes later realized that the egi had disappeared and resummoned it.
5. During the second boss (Ruby Tide Princess), I saw the Ruby Carbuncle deside to leave without any prompting.
6. Resummoned it.
7. This continued for the rest of the night. The same thing occurred the next day while playing.

Just to double check, egis naturally go away when you summon Bahamut. Is it maybe just not coming back after that? The timing of it seems like it would line up with the timings in your post, and I experienced this for one day early in 5.0 on my Scholar where it wouldn't come back after using Dissipation.

Are you using any macros that might have a stray or typoed egi command that's making it go away?
