    Thing is you would really need to have an obsurd amount of spell speed for it to make a difference. Other jobs come to mind with similar ideas, like DNC which Skill Speed is not great at all but there has been talk that with a huge amount it may make a slight difference.
    I have far more experience on blm (4.5 years or so) but even the balance discord does not recommend spell speed like at all.
