More faces for every races.

I'd love more eye makeup options too— I wish I could give my miqo'te some of 'em awesome cat eyes (no puns intended on the fact that I'm talking about a cat girl).
Perhaps some real, actual red lips on the makeup too. It's unfortunate that we cannot put real, cherry red lips on our character. Or at least I never managed to get that perfect red hue.

Amongst many other things already mentioned by other players, of course.
