If the character creator was updated, what would you want in it?

For Au ra, more horn options and horns detached to be their own selectable option.

For everyone, more body variety. Whether it be full sliders or just a few basic body model types with minor slider customization, it would be so nice if we didn't just have to choose between short broomstick and tall broomstick.

And yeah, it's dumb, but actual butts. It doesn't even have to be a slider, just make the basic body types for all races actually have something going on back there, both for the ladies and the dudes.

Body tattoos, split make up into a diffirent tap outside of tattoos facial, REAL ORANGE color(Really the lack of orange is sad), Body piercing like nipples,tongue,nose,belly button rings, Body scars, Abs on or off (cuz I want to see men with 6 packs honestly), Main hand option I would like to pick what hand my character uses mostly, More body colors(really I want to be a tonberry some times with green skin) living Hair styles (such as snake hair, Fire hair,water hair etc), Eye designs with slight slants, (option to only have 1 eye/3eyes), Tail or no tail option to all the tailed races, 1 arm,1leg options (would allow other limp to be a hook or a peg for piratey), Height to go lower,higher option. Body Oil on off

Extra stuff like Characters back story a (small tap that allows the character to input any information they want like before journeying out. I mean honestly it makes no sense why we are doing anything the way it is atleast on the others it was like booohoo my father is sin , or booohooo Sephiorth killed my entire home town kind of thing you know. Or the boohoo we are all orphans who got took advantage of by a old guy who tried us as soliders.

Just being able to mix/match features from any of the faces available to a given race/gender combo would add a good bit of variety without necessarily having to drastically overhaul things.

TL;DR if it means the devs can actually make a better character creator to the point were people don't need mods for them to get fully immersed into the game, I'm all in support for it... but I don't see that happening anytime soon... because FF7 Remake and all...

I really loved the character creator from Code Vein. I’d love for FFXIV to have a character creator that’s similar. Like for example, just being able to precisely adjust the size of your character’s pupils to however big or small you want them.
