Major issues with ffxiv on new pc

I recently built a new pc and bought ffxiv for it however when trying to link my service account my pc would either freeze then restart upon clicking link, or id get a script error. I managed to find a workaround for that but then after downloading the game and logging in I kept getting a fatal directX error until I uninstalled gpu drivers and installed an older one. After that things seemed to be fine except resolution issues due to the tv but then this morning when I try to log in it freezes on the rating screen but I hear the title music start playing. Upon alt tabbing in I can see the title screen but then suddenly my I get no signal on the tv even though the pc is still on. I’m in full screen and my gpu is a MSI Radeon rx 5700 gaming x. Cpu is Ryzen 2700x and I’m using 16gb or gddr4 ram.

We apologize for the delay in response. To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
