About the /teleport command.

The /teleport command should be /tp.

Today I learned FFXIV has a teleport command... I always just hit the button on my hotbar to bring up the menu.

There's.... a text command for that? Why bother? Even putting it in a macro is just extra steps when there's literally a button for it already.

All the chat command does is open the teleport menu. You still have to pick your destination from it. Might as well just click it from the menu if you don't have it on a hotbar.

I had no idea... but that sounds quite convenient if I'm already typing, actually.

How far out do you need to type before tab will take the wheel for you? /tele?

Just hotkey the teleport button.

All i have to do is hit my "T" key and it opens the teleport menu, I have Alt+T as my return. All without ever touching the chat box or macros. I wouldn't be surprised if they took the command out, if they dont expand it.

Then again, SE have been doing some weird stuff with text commands recently. They recently added a /Dice to the game, but it already existed in every form and function as /random.

Could be they're planning a new function they want to use /random to trigger.
