An error has occurred on the game sercer. (30002)1333118266.24433817.5

I am still unable to play after patch 1.21a. Everytime I select my character an error code pops up saying an error has occurred on the game server. I have contacted SE but they tell me its a connection issue. My roomate has an active account as well and he can log onto his character on my computer with no problems. I cant log into my account on my computer or my roomates and he can log into his character on both so I know its not a connection issue.
Anybody get this same error code and know what to do to fix it?
